On 4 February, Michael Spirk and Grand Chef Per Hallundbaek will serve an elaborate 7-course menu, accompanied by Burgundy and Bordeaux wines, with the motto "Nordic Legends with French Art de Vivre". Another motto – "Lech meets Sylt – Alpine region joins North Sea beach" awaits you on 15 March.
