Christmas
Celebrate Christmas with us!
At 4.30 pm we will stroll to Ebra Park to see a nativity
play. After that we will sing Christmas carols and walk back
to the hotel with burning torches.
At 7pm Christmas cocktails will be served in our Hubertushalle
accompanied by tower brass music of the Turmbläser. Then
there will be a reading of the Christmas story.
This is followed by a gala dinner prepared by our executive
chef, Christian Gölles, and his team.

New
Year
Ring in the New Year with us!
This year our New Year’s Eve ball entitled “Fortuna,
Fortuna”
is sure to be a real highlight.
Festivities begin at 7pm with a cocktail reception. This
is followed by our gala menu to ensure you start the New Year
refreshed and fortified. Once we have given a fitting welcome
to the New Year, we will predict the future with the traditional
pouring of molten lead.
The evening’s music will be provided by the “Munich
Swing Set”.
We would kindly ask our gentlemen guests to wear a tuxedo
on this special evening.

The Aroma Library of Burgundy
We invite you to embark on a fragrant journey to Burgundy’s
world of aromas. Jean Claude Pion, the internationally renowned
courtier, and two vintners from Burgundy (Thomas Morey from
the Domaine Bernard Morey and Roman Arlaud from the Domaine
Arlaud) will be on hand to explain to you the character,
the work methods and the background of the wines.
This event will also feature an
8-course menu prepared by executive chef Christian Gölles
and his team. |

“Döllerer's Vintner Festival”
Under the patronage of the wine merchant, Döllerer, 25
of the best Austrian and Italian vintners, for instance Hirtzberger,
Knoll, Schloss Gobelsburg, Lehensteiner, Ehmoser, Mantlerhof,
Pimpl, Fischer, Krutzler, Pöckl, Triebaumer, Schiefer,
Gross, Tement, Maitz, Sommer and Capannelle will present their
2006, 2007 and 2008 wines.
Programme:
2 – 6pm: open wine tasting – You have an opportunity
to taste the wines individually and to meet the vintners.
8 pm: Gala evening – each vintner presents and comments
a wine that goes with the 6-course menu prepared by the executive
chef.
