Nordic Legends & French Art de Vivre
It was on the island of Funen, the “Garden of Denmark,” that the author of fairytales Hans Christian Andersen first came into the world. In the small village of Millinge, people now tell quite different stories of a man who transforms his recipes into veritable Nordic legends: Grand Chef Per Hallundbæk.
Two renowned vintners from Burgundy and Bordeaux will share their best wines and French ar t de vivre with you: Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey of Domaine Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey in Chassagne Montrachet, Burgundy and Philippe Chandon-Moet of Château de Ferrand in Saint Emilion, Bordeaux.
You won‘t need the sandman to have sweet dreams on this evening. |
The North Sea Meets the Alps
For ten years, Kampen and Lech have been in close cooperation. This has now resulted in a culinary alliance: at the invitation of Lech, four high-class Sylt hotels will celebrate their culinary ar ts in the Arlberg for two days.
The culinary high point will be the gala menu prepared by the four-star chefs in the Post restaurant.
Each course will be accompanied by selected German wines with comments provided in person by wine graduate Erik Muth of the Georg Hack wine company from Meersburg.
An evening certain to make waves. |
